Residents Rush to Reserve Units in The Independent

The Independent may be raising a lot of eyebrows with its design, but it’s also attracting a lot of residents. The co-developers of the 58-story condo tower, Constructive Ventures and Aspen Heights, announced last week that within one week more than 90 percent of the units in the condo have been reserved.
The 370-unit tower in being built at the northeast corner of West 3rd Street and West Avenue, and is continuing to take reservations for its waitlist.
