Ground breaking for 58-story downtown Austin luxury condo tower

The development team of Aspen Heights, Constructive Ventures and CIM Group have broken ground on The Independent, a 58-story, 370-unit condominium tower in downtown Austin. Located at the corner of West 3rd Street and West Avenue, the property was acquired from the City of Austin in November 2015 under the terms of a Master Development Agreement.
