Dubai investors invest millions in Austin multifamily developer

A Dubai-based global investor is sinking its financial teeth into Aspen Heights, an Austin-based development company that up until now has been mostly involved in student housing.
Aspen Heights is venturing into other forms of multifamily housing, however. The company is a partner with Constructive Ventures in the development of The Independent — a luxury downtown condominium tower slated to become the tallest building in Austin.
